Vice-President – Point of Sale Strategy and Education (2016-2019)

  • Spearheaded new development of comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) Strategy and Education department, overseeing brand and product training strategies and execution of POS Learning and Performance curriculum across print, video, and digital platforms for domestic network distribution.
  • Revitalized global brand training narrative using cutting-edge sales approaches and strategies.
  • Effectively shaped, built, and led a landmark international POS language research project with Luntz Global that ultimately became the foundation for departmental strategy.

  • Oversaw P&L for 3.5M HBO/Cinemax subscribers and $250M in annual revenue for Time Warner Cable account.
  • Identified and brought new revenue streams to market; proposed new pricing and packaging solutions in a multi-product landscape by calling on opportunities to influence content across multiple digital platforms.

Director – Domestic Network Distribution (2010-2011)

  • Managed P&L of 2.3M HBO/Cinemax subscribers and $175M in annual national account revenue for Verizon account.
  • Led sales performance improvements; attained 19% incremental subscriber growth on both brands during tenure.
  • Proved to be crucial in contributing to contract negotiations for new distribution and licensing agreements; secured advantageous positioning and re-packaging across both brands.

Director – Affiliate Sales (2006-2010)

  • Handled P&L for 1.7M HBO/Cinemax subscribers and $150M in annual revenue within the Midwest and New England for the Comcast North Central Division Account.
  • Achieved 7.3% incremental subscriber growth for both brands in 2006.
  • Acted as the company's public face and spokesperson at local premieres, screenings, exhibits, and promotional events to boost awareness of original programming, as well as foster positive community relations.

Account Manager – Affiliate Sales (2004-2006)

  • Founded productive partnerships with Comcast Midwest Division Account to drive HBO/Cinemax campaigns.
  • Marketed via direct mail, broadcast media, web, telemarketing, and point-of-sale efforts.
  • Covered 50% of account territory, 700K subs, as well as co-managed a $2M marketing budget in liaison with the Director; achieved 17% incremental HBO sub-growth in 2005.
  • Piloted a distinctive consumer field test to roll out Comcast's new Triple Play bundle and HBO's phone enhancement products in the Indianapolis market.

Account Executive – Affiliate Sales (2003-2004)

  • Tenaciously negotiated distribution contracts with top-level affiliate executives during new product rollouts for HBO On-Demand, HBO HD, multichannel, and incremental licensing agreements for small regional systems.
